Had a really bad day today that has totally destroyed my weekend. (Those seemingly become more frequent at the end of a semester.)
So to wind down from today, I did a quick sketch of Raven for  I'm one of those people that thinks the costume and the character's personality in the comics was vastly superior to that of the show. However, Raven looked better in the show, horrible costume aside. (Though, recent artists have changed that.) So I've always wanted to reconcile what I like about the comics and the show with her. So for shits and giggles I gave her a costume that was reminiscent of the comics. God, I hate that leotard... it's probably why I put draw her in jeans. Maybe it's just personal preference, but I always think a gymnast looks more attractive in regular clothes than in her leotard. Leotards just aren't flattering. Comments Haha, wedgies xD I've always wondered why superheroes never complained about that. Anyways, Raven looks hot in that dress, looks like she's ready to rock the ballroom.

 When i'm watching a gymnast her clothes are the last thing i'm paying attention to

No matter how fast light travels, it finds the darkness has always got there first, and is waiting for it. '  Honestly I'd rather her in something Nightwing wears, sans cape. Except it'd have the same theme her TT Animated series outfit had. Ya know, the belt and "gems" would actually be compartments or something. It's be badass. You see so few female superheroes that go with the functional things like that.
-- When life gives you lemons, ask for Tequila and salt...  I'm with you on the Jeans thing. I can't stand 'em. If I wear them, I always seem to get my legs chafed.
